Trolls was started in 1977 by a bar owner in Poulsbo, WA to provide a safe ride home to his customers who had too much to drink and drive. The demand was more for a taxi service rather than a safe ride home program and thus Trolls Taxi was born. The current owners incorporated TROLLS TAXI II in March, 2005 and bought the rights to use the name Trolls Taxi.
